Time-Progress-2.10

Changes for version 2.10 - 2015-12-08

Added 'smoothing' option which makes the estimated time remaining monotically decreasing most of the time, preventing flicker.
Added option to change default smoothing delta parameter.

Elapsed and estimated finish time reporting.

To install Time::Progress, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::Progress

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::Progress
