Module Permissions

Some authors only have partial permissions on this distribution.

To fix, either remove all permissions from BINGOS, ETHER or:

• Grant co-maint to BINGOS on Test::Common, Test::Common::Command, Test::Common::Command::clean, Test::Common::Command::config, Test::Common::Command::list, Test::Common::Command::update, Test::Common::Conf
• Grant co-maint to ETHER on Test::Common, Test::Common::Command, Test::Common::Command::clean, Test::Common::Command::config, Test::Common::Command::list, Test::Common::Command::update, Test::Common::Conf
