Some authors only have partial permissions on this distribution.

To fix, either remove all permissions from ADAMK or:

• Grant co-maint to ADAMK on Email::Send, Email::Send::NNTP, Email::Send::Qmail, Email::Send::SMTP, Email::Send::Sendmail
